"I have been training with Becky 2x/week for 4+ years. She mixes up the workouts so I don't get bored and pushes me, in a good way, to keep getting stronger and leaner. Becky pays attention to be sure I am doing the exercises correctly, adjusting as necessary. She has helped me get back into shape after recovering from hip surgery and I appreciate our conversations about eating well. A plus is she emails me workouts to take with me when I travel for work so I can continue my workouts in the hotel fitness centers. (Although I haven't been traveling due to the pandemic!) I highly recommend Becky as a personal trainer."
