Below are the prices for personal training sessions. Each session is 55 minutes long and focuses on strength training. Health coaching is provided during the personal training sessions.
My clients have scheduled session(s) each week. Each workout is designed to your specific needs, ensuring you safely get results while having fun! I take your commitment seriously and am equally dedicated to your success.
Strength
During our sessions we perform exercises to build strength, improve posture and balance. We can discuss nutrition and other lifestyle topics to help get the most out of your hard work.
Accountability
I'm available throughout the week via text to answer any questions and to see how things are going. You decide the level of accountability that’s best for you. Your success is truly important to me.
