I trained with Becky for 15 months and am continuing to work out on my own. I never thought I’d enjoy exercising, and now I look forward to it. Even before I started seeing physical changes, I felt better mentally, which was my main motivation for continuing when I first started

with Becky. The physical changes that came along the way were just a bonus, although a really nice bonus since I like feeling comfortable sitting in my jeans! There were unexpected changes too. I used to feel so much guilt over food until I started seeing it as delicious fuel. And now I eat more of it, not less! Becky helped me get here, and I can’t thank her enough.
